Recovery Process​

Follow these steps to regain access to your account:

  1. Visit AVstudio Login Page
  2. Click the "Recover" tab
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. Click the "Recover" button
  5. Check your email for recovery instructions
  6. Follow the link in the email
  7. Create a new password
  8. Log in with your new credentials
Email Check

If you don't see the recovery email:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify you used the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes and try again

Password Requirements​

Your new password must meet these security requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character
Important

The recovery link in your email is valid for 24 hours only. If it expires, you'll need to request a new one.

  • Double-check your email address
  • Ensure you're using the latest browser version
  • Contact support if issues persist
  • Consider clearing your browser cache

After Recovery​

Remember to:

  • Update password in any saved bookmarks
  • Log out of other devices if necessary
  • Save your new password securely
  • Update any API tokens if you use them
